Does TofuPilot have a REST API without the SDK?

Yes. The full platform is exposed as a REST API at https://www.tofupilot.app/api/v2 with API-key authentication, pagination, and typed error codes. Every resource (runs, units, parts, procedures, stations, measurements, phases, logs, attachments, imports) has documented endpoints.
