Does TofuPilot depend on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework?
Updated March 27, 2026
No. The EU-US Data Privacy Framework is required for US companies transferring EU personal data to the US. Since TofuPilot is Swiss-based with EU-hosted infrastructure, we do not rely on transfer frameworks that could be invalidated, as happened with Safe Harbor in 2015 and Privacy Shield in 2020.
