Do test stations need permanent internet access?

No. Every completed run is persisted to a local queue before upload; a background loop drains it every few seconds and retries with backoff from 15 seconds up to a 1 hour cap, so network outages lose no data. Inspect or replay the queue with commands like "tofupilot list-queue", "tofupilot queue-retry", and "tofupilot queue-export". Fully offline factories run the self-hosted deployment instead.
