Viewers and operators are now free

Viewers and operators no longer take a paid seat, on every plan. Give read-only access to everyone who reviews your results, and an account to every operator at the bench.

• Changed seat billing: only owners, admins and developers take a paid seat. Viewers and operators are free and unlimited.
• Changed the Lab plan: invite as many viewers and operators as you need alongside the owner.
• Changed self-hosted licenses: the user limit counts only owners, admins and developers.
• Added Transfer ownership in Settings › Members, which hands the owner role to another member and changes your own role in one step.
