See deployment status and pull from the station

Operators at the bench could not tell whether a station was running the latest deployment, or which procedure the next unit would use.

• Added a status badge to the procedure menu of the operator UI: up to date, checking, update ready for the next run, or failed with its error, kept across a page reload.
• Added a Pull now button to the station's operator UI, so operators can check for a new deployment or retry a failed install without opening the dashboard.
• Improved procedure switching after a run: the outcome screen and the procedure menu now say that the new pick applies from the next unit.
