Reject the compromised eMudhra certificates

This is a security update: eMudhra disclosed that the private keys of several of its certificates were exposed, and we recommend updating your stations, your Python SDK and your self-hosted installation.

• Updated the CLI dependencies so stations refuse the compromised eMudhra certificates, both for their own connections and for the Python environments they install for your procedures.
• Updated the Python SDK dependencies so scripts that use it refuse the same certificates once the SDK is updated.
• Rebuilt self-hosted installations on updated dependencies, including the image that builds your deployments.
