Polish the operator UI cards and pickers

A few minor improvements to the operator UI after its redesign, so operators see the state of the station and its procedure at a glance.

• Added the next run pick to the procedure card, with the deployment of each procedure (ID, commit message, when it was pulled).
• Improved the station card: mode, name, organization and how the station starts, the CLI version and status, and the dashboard connection next to the upload queue.
• Updated the procedure list and form controls to match the operator form, and turned sound off by default.
