Fix the OpenHTF docs to match the CLI

The OpenHTF integration page listed metadata keys and prompt behavior that did not match what the CLI does.

• Fixed the metadata table: the CLI reads serial_number and revision_number, not procedure_id or revision.
• Documented which serial number a run gets under tofupilot run, and that a timed-out prompt returns an empty string.
• Corrected the minimum Python version in the SDK overview and renamed the "Streaming" links to "Remote UI".
