Fix CLI login approval in the browser

Approving tofupilot login from the browser was failing with a "Device denied" error, blocking new CLI sign-ins.

• Fixed the device-approval page so the login code is recognized when you approve it.
• tofupilot login now completes as expected from both the CLI link and a manually entered code.
