Filter run analytics by sample class

Run Analytics now lets you choose which units count in its charts: production units, golden samples, failing samples or ignored units.

• Added a Sample filter to the Run Analytics sidebar. It shows run counts for each class, and several classes can be selected at once.
• Fixed Run Analytics failing to load from links that select production units, such as links copied from Phase Pareto or Measurement Control.
• Improved drill-downs from Run Analytics to Phase Pareto so both pages count the same units when reference samples are present.
