Change how first pass yield is calculated

First pass yield now follows one definition everywhere, so the analytics tab, the procedure list, the AI assistant and yield drop alerts all report the same number.

• Updated first pass yield to count each unit once, on its first attempt on the procedure: a retest is never a first pass, even when it happens on another day or inside the selected date range.
• Updated aborted runs so they no longer count as attempts: they are left out of yield, and a unit's first attempt is its first run that was not aborted.
• Fixed the analytics charts going empty when you filter on reference samples: the golden or failing units you select are now included.
• Expect a lower first pass yield on lines that retest often, since retests no longer count as first passes.
