On Fail

You can set on_first_failure to define behavior when a phase reaches FAIL.

With continue, remaining phases execute even after a failure. The default stop behavior cancels any phases that haven't started yet. Phases already running finish, and teardown phases still run.

on_first_failure applies to the FAIL, ERROR and TIMEOUT outcomes. A phase can override it with then. A phase retried through then: <outcome>: retry follows on_first_failure once its retries run out, see When Retries Run Out.
